David Roe has spent over thirty years in civil engineering and client management with in-depth design experience on complex governmental and private projects. He joined ASC in 2003 as our Director of Engineering. He is in full responsible charge of all engineering projects, including fee proposals, client presentations, project scope and milestone development, transportation facilities, and leadership of project design team. His experience includes municipal infrastructure, roads and streets, parking lots, water supply systems, storm/sanitary sewers, industrial facilities, lift stations and storm water management.

David is best known for using innovative client formatted solutions to resolve design problems. This is based on his many years of experience and continued research and development.
